Australia Entry 18 - Some PIctures Broome to Perth

Stromatolites in Shark Bay....cousins of the oldest life on earth 3.5 Billion years old.

Fremantle is a quaint city just south of Perth with many fine colonial buildings



We toured this fascinating submarine at the Maritime Museum in Fremantle


Perth City Skyline....a beautiful city

Susan with a replica of the world's largest gold nugget at the Perth Mint. The 25 largest gold nuggets in the world have all been discovered in Australia. We watched a neat gold pouring exhibition here.

We visited Arluen Gardens near Armadale in the hills SE of Perth. The garden had many beautiful displays including fabulous roses.
