Photos from Costa Rica

These frogs are about an inch and a half long. Many frogs in Costa Rica are poisonous to touch.

This large iguana wandered into the hotel lobby at the Silencio del Campo. We weren't sure if he wanted to check in or not.
A moth with very effective defensive coloring to make itself look like the eye of a much larger animal. This moth was about 4 inches across.

This was taken in the Moneverde Cloud Forest reserve. It is a photo of the rare Quetzal taken through the eyepiece of telescope.
